24-hour tourist information hotline 86666666: A 24-hour integrated service platform where tourists and residents can receive tourism information, file complaints, request assistance, and obtain tourism tips. Services are available in mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, and English.

Tourist maps and guidebooks are available at all major hotels.

The Tourist Information Center responds to tourist information requests in English, German, mandarin Chinese, Cantonese and so on. It also provides individual domestic and overseas tourists with information service, commercial tourism service, tourism resource development, ticketing service, hotel booking service, and production and distribution of tourist brochures, souvenirs and gifts. On the basis of these services, pertinent special services will be provided for tourists visiting neighboring areas.
