Comparable to the hot springs in Switzerland, it is famous for the soda-type hot springs. There are altogether 30 spa pools, one surfing mineral spring pool and one colored slide spring pool.

Conghua Xianmuyuan Hot Spring is one of the few hot springs in China containing the trace element, radon. The hot spring water gushes from the bottom of the Liuxihe River, with its outlet water temperature as high as 73℃ and its water being crystal clear and tasteless. The water also contains more than 20 minerals and trace elements, which functions in promoting metabolism and enhancing physical fitness; have an assisted effect on more than 30 kinds of diseases, such as arthritis, spondylitis, neuritis, cerebral cortex fatigue and gynecological diseases. Therefore, it is renowned as the “First Hot Spring in Lingnan”.

Besides the ordinary hot springs, there are over 38 kinds of features hot springs in Xianmuyuan, including the papaya spring pool for beautifying skin, the lemon spring pool for nourishing the stomach, Taibai pool with intoxicating favor, the aloe pool for reducing blood fat, the tangerine peel pool for smoothing skin, and girls’ favorite milk spring pool, flower spring pool, mint spring pool, Japan rice vinegar spring pool and coffee spring pool. Aromatherapy ice house is also very popular. Being soaked in the cold massage pool will not only refresh the your brain with your body diffusing the light fragrance but also make your skin more supple and smoother.

Take Bus 601 from Passenger Transport Station of Guangzhou, or Bus 602 from Tianhe Dongpu Bus Station, or other lines from Guangyuan Bus Station or Haizhu Bus Station to Conghua Bus Station, transfer to Bus 4 (ticket fare RMB 3 yuan per person) and tell the bus attendant that you get off at the Xianmuyuan.
