For those who have already exchanged their tickets for physical ones, please visit the ticket office at Nansha Passenger Transport Port to handle ticket refunds or changes.
At Pazhou Ferry Terminal, certain ferries scheduled for April 21 have been suspended. The resumption of these services will depend on the sea conditions. Passengers are advised to stay updated on the latest status of the ferry services by contacting customer service at 4006880499 before their planned departure.
For passengers who have purchased tickets for the suspended services and have not yet collected physical tickets, a full refund can be processed through the original purchase channel. Those who have collected physical tickets can obtain a full refund at the ticket hall on the second floor of the Pazhou Ferry Terminal within thirty calendar days.
