To reduce COVID-19 transmission risk caused by human gatherings and cut off spread fast and effectively, the notification of strengthening district-wide COVID-19 control and prevention measures in exposure sites is released as follows:

　　1. All closed and semi-closed venues in the district, including internet bars, entertainment venues (KTV, dance halls and recreation halls), cinemas, indoor gymnasiums (fitness rooms, indoor swimming pools and billiards halls), bars, theatres, chess and poker rooms, mahjong rooms, escape game room, foot massage centers, massage parlors, beauty massage salons, bath centers, indoor attractions, cultural centers, libraries and museums shall be temporarily closed from April 12 to April 18.

　　2. All catering service providers (including drinks shops, snack shops, breakfast shops, etc.) in the district shall be temporarily closed from April 12 to April 18 and only provide food takeout and delivery. Cafeterias of organizations (including those of public institutions, schools, factories, construction sites, enterprises, etc.) shall put in place safety measures such as temperature checks at entrances, staggered dining schedules, visitor number control, one-way seating, barrier setting, and food takeout.

　　3. All COVID-19 control and prevention measures shall be implemented rigidly to reduce human gatherings and limit the scales of activities and meetings strictly. All meetings shall be made online as much as possible. No large-scale activities are allowed.

　　The above control and prevention measures will be dynamically adjusted. Please stay alert and do not start, believe, nor spread any rumors. Practice good personal protection such as wearing a mask correctly, washing hands often, keeping rooms well-ventilated, and maintaining social distance.
