Based on the current epidemic situation, the COVID-19 control and management measures in certain areas of Dashi Street, Panyu District are adjusted as follows:

　　1.Lockdown measures will be implemented in No.174-5, No.174-6, No.174-7, and No.174-8 Dachong Road, Dashi Street. People within this area must self-isolate at home.

　　(1) 24/7 entrance guard will be in place. People can only enter but not leave, and no vehicle is allowed to enter or exit the area.

　　(2) All commercial and trade service establishments, entertainment venues (chess room, mahjong parlor, internet café, game room, tea house, bar, KTV, cinema, ballroom, etc., the same hereinafter), dining places, stores, fitness and cultural facilities, child-care institutions, and offline educational training institutions are suspended.

　　2. Partial lockdown measures will take place in northeast of Honglingjin Road, south of Dachong Road, and west of Xinguang Expressway. Residents in this area are not allowed to leave or gather.

　　(1) 24/7 entrance guard will be in place. People can only enter but not leave, and no vehicle is allowed to enter or exit the area.

　　(2) Residents shall stay at home, wear a mask, avoid personal contact, disinfect their homes properly, and ensure good indoor ventilation. People are not allowed to go out shopping, but can receive packages and living supplies according to arrangements.

　　(3) In case of special situations, such as seeking medical attention, residents can enter or exit after providing relevant documents and obtaining the approval of the on-site COVID-19 control and prevention command. Strict personal protection and disinfection shall be carried out.

　　(4) All non-essential commercial and trade service establishments, entertainment venues, dining places, stores, fitness and cultural facilities, child-care institutions, and offline educational training institutions are suspended.

　　3. Restriction measures will take effect in the east of National Highway 105, south of Sanzhixiang Waterway, west of Shaxi Bridge - Yingbin Road - Panyu Avenue, and north of Nanda Road. Within this area, measures will be taken to strengthen social management, restrict gathering, and prohibit unnecessary exit.

　　(1) Gathering will be strictly limited. The scale of parties, group dining, and other gathering activities will be under strict control.

　　(2) All indoor public places shall implement measures such as making an appointment, practicing a staggered schedule, taking a temperature, presenting health codes, and wearing masks.

　　(3) Public transport services in this area will be suspended, and Dashi Metro Station will be closed temporarily.

　　(4) Shopping malls, supermarkets, farmers’ markets, and other places providing basic daily supplies shall limit foot traffic.

　　(5) Dine-in services will be prohibited in the area. Only take-away and food delivery services are available.

　　(6) All non-essential commercial and trade service establishments, entertainment venues, dining places, stores, fitness and cultural facilities, child-care institutions, and offline educational training institutions are suspended.

　　4. Regular COVID testing will be carried out according to the requirements of the COVID-19 Control and Prevention Command.
