A maximum reward of 50 million yuan will be granted to projects related to unmanned systems and the low-altitude economy, according to the "Guangzhou Nansha Action Plan for the Construction of Unmanned Systems Across Land, Sea, Air, and Space and the High-Quality Development of Low-Altitude Economy," which was recently released by the Nansha District government of Guangzhou City.

The Action Plan encompasses measures for enterprise establishment, industrial supporting facilities, enterprise recognition, technological innovation, airworthiness certification, talent attraction, as well as applications in manned and unmanned transportation, cargo delivery, and cultural tourism scenarios. 

These measures include a maximum reward of 50 million yuan for fixed asset investment in projects, 10 million yuan for the establishment of major scientific and technological projects, 3 million yuan for key "little giant" enterprises specializing in niche markets, and an annual subsidy of up to 1 million yuan for a single route in manned autonomous driving application scenarios.

The Action Plan outlines a focus on advancing the construction of infrastructure facilities such as test flight sites, takeoff and landing stations, hangars for low-altitude aircraft, as well as berths for unmanned vessels, and information infrastructure including control platforms and computing centers.

Based on the construction of Mingzhu Bay Lingshan Island Tip, Nansha will open up roadways, airspace, waterways, and underground spaces for a wide array of intelligent autonomous technologies and equipment, and facilitate their commercial operations. Focusing on key areas such as collaborative platforms, digital infrastructure, air traffic management, and logistics distribution, Nansha will develop a series of application demonstration scenarios.
