　　In order to further optimize the business environment and enhance the ease of starting a business, Guangzhou promotes the full implementation of the model of “Application at One Single Platform and Obtainment from One Single Counter” on May 25, 2020. The relevant issues are hereby notified as follows:

　　1. The applicant shall fill all application information on one form by a one-time submission for such matters as applications for business license, seal making, invoices and the Tax Ukey, employment registration and social insurance registration, housing provident fund deposit registration, and making an appointment to open a corporate bank account by login “Business One Link Platform” of Starting a Business in Guangzhou (PC: https://air.scjgj.gz.gov.cn/; WeChat: “廣州市開辦企業一網通平臺” Mini Program). The applicant will not be necessary to submit the above-mentioned matters for separate application on other platforms. All relevant authorities process the above applications simultaneously through the platform. The applicant will be able to complete the application within half a day at the soonest if all the required materials are submitted, which should be legal in form.

　　2. After receiving a text message from “Business One Link Platform” of Starting a Business in Guangzhou, informing the approval of the corresponding application, the applicant shall obtain the Business-starting Package including its business license, seals, invoices, and the Tax Ukey from dedicated “Post-approval Collection Counter” at the government service center in the district where the business is domiciled (or where its business premise is located). The employment registration and social insurance registration and housing provident fund deposit registration are completed at the same time without separate application. The platform also provides appointment service for opening a corporate bank account.

　　3. The applicant shall login the “Business One Link Platform” of Starting a Business in Guangzhou to inquire the progress and results of various matters as needed.

　　4. In accordance with the Regulations of Guangdong Province on Business Registration, the applicant shall collect the Business-starting Package hardcopy results of the application. If the applicant does not collect them within six months after the date of receiving the text message from the platform informing of the approved application, the application will be deemed as withdrawn.
