To all human resources and social security bureaus, finance bureaus, and taxation bureaus in cities at or above prefecture level, and Hengqin New District Taxation Bureau of Zhuhai:

　　To further reduce social insurance costs for enterprises in Guangdong Province and alleviate their burdens, and pursuant to the provision on “extension of the implementation period for policies on the temporary reduction of basic medical insurance contribution rates, unemployment insurance contribution rates and work injury insurance contribution rates in 2019 to April 30, 2021” in theNotice of the Guangdong Provincial People’s Government on the Issuance of Policies and Measures for Further Stabilizing and Promoting Employment in Guangdong Province (Yue Fu [2020] No. 12), matters concerning the extension of the implementation period for unemployment insurance contribution rates and floating contribution rates are hereby notified as follows:

　　1.The implementation of the Notice of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Guangdong Provincial Department of Finance and Guangdong Provincial Tax Service, State Taxation Administration on Adjustments to Unemployment Insurance Contribution Rates (Yue Ren She Gui [2015] No. 8) will be extended to April 30, 2021.

　　2.The validity of the Notice of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Guangdong Provincial Department of Finance and Guangdong Provincial Tax Service, State Taxation Administration on Measures for the Implementation Measures of Temporary Adjustments to Floating Unemployment Insurance Contribution Rates in Guangdong Province (Yue Ren She Gui [2019] No. 28) to April 30, 2021.
