Announcement No. 32 of State Taxation Administration, 2019

　　The State Taxation Administration decides to revise the urban land use tax and property tax return for reducing the number of declarations, facilitating taxation and further optimizing business environment. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

　　I. Adjust some data items in the urban land use tax and property tax return and standardize the names of several items.

　　II. The tax return, detailed declaration form for tax reduction and exemption and tax source details of urban land use tax and property tax are merged into the Urban Land Use Tax and Property Tax Return, the Detailed Declaration Form for Urban Land Use Tax and Property Tax Reduction and Exemption and the Detailed Tax Source Form for Urban Land Use Tax and Property Tax respectively.

　　III. The Announcement shall take effect on October 1, 2019. The urban land use tax and property tax return released in the Announcement of the State Taxation Administration on Issues Concerning the Administration of Tax Collection under the Policy of Reduction of Local Taxes and Relevant Surcharges on Small-scale Value-Added Tax Taxpayers (Announcement No. 5 of State Taxation Administration, 2019) shall lose efficacy at the same time.
