The Panama Latin American Business Pavilion and the Panama Overseas Chinese Culture Exhibition Hall were officially unveiled at the Latin Mall in Guangzhou's Huadu District on January 10. It will build a cultural, trade, and tourism exchange center between China and Latin America become an important platform for communication, cultural exchanges, and economic and trade cooperation.

The Latin American Business Pavilion is located on the fourth floor of the Latin Mall, covering an area of 2,000 square meters. It will create a cooperation platform integrating international exhibitions, international trade, international tourism, e-commerce, technological innovation, and cultural exchanges, and provide services and support to China and Latin America partners.

Pan Wenliang, a Panamanian overseas Chinese businessman and co-founder of Latin Mall, said that the Panama Latin American Business Pavilion, as the headquarters of the friendship between overseas Chinese in Latin America and their hometown, enhances the friendship between the two peoples, promotes the economic and trade development of the two countries, and strives to become a source of power for regional development for promoting the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The Panama Overseas Chinese Culture Exhibition Hall is located in the Panama Latin American Business Pavilion. It displays an overview of Panama, specialty cuisine, tourism and business development, the history of Panamanian overseas Chinese, and the achievements of today's Chinese in Panama.

Huadu District of Guangzhou City is one of the key hometown of overseas Chinese in Guangdong Province, with more than 500,000 people living in more than 60 countries and regions.
